Technology Business Partner

• Lead strategic engagement with business functions, influencing priorities and shaping the IT roadmap
• Own the demand management process — from capturing ideas to evaluating and prioritising initiatives
• Work closely with delivery and architecture teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs
• Champion innovation, simplification, and better use of digital tools across the organisation
• Help embed a more transparent, collaborative way of working between IT and the business
