Technology Delivery Manager
Location: Remote (with 1 day per month in Coimbra, Portugal)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 + €7/day lunch allowance + health insurance
Type: Permanent, full-time

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our technology hub footprint and are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to play a key role in driving successful product delivery and shaping high-performing teams.
The Role
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital initiatives in an Agile environment. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and wider business teams, you will remove delivery obstacles, manage dependencies, and ensure value is delivered efficiently and transparently.
You will play a critical role in translating product vision into actionable delivery plans, maintaining momentum, and enabling teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive Delivery: Coordinate initiatives, ensure milestones are met, and remove blockers to maintain delivery progress
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Support Product Lifecycle: Collaborate on roadmaps, oversee delivery processes, and ensure high-quality outputs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and business stakeholders
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Budget & Resource Management: Track costs, optimise resource allocation, and identify efficiencies
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance Agile processes, delivery practices, and team performance

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology delivery initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative leader who empowers teams and drives accountability
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around dependencies and delivery tracking
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
• Solid understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Remote-first role with 1 day per month onsite in Coimbra with travel expensed
• €7 daily lunch allowance and private health insurance included
