This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to drive impactful change across business and technology teams. You’ll help shape the direction of transformation programs, improve operating models, and bring analytical clarity to business challenges in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Translate business problems into clearly defined requirements and actionable solutions

• Lead the analysis of processes, data, systems, and operating models

• Collaborate with stakeholders across tech, delivery, architecture, and product functions

• Define functional and non-functional requirements and support solution validation

• Work within Agile teams, contributing to ceremonies, testing, planning, and retrospectives

We’re looking for a senior-level Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges and working across technical and business domains. Your expertise will directly contribute to value-driven outcomes in a regulated industry.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services

• Strong ability to support stakeholders through digital and operational change

• Skilled in requirements gathering, user stories, process modeling, and data analysis

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT

• Experienced in Agile or DevOps environments with a focus on continuous improvement

• Proactive, delivery-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and mentoring

• Understanding of IT architecture and integration challenges in enterprise environments

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA, Agile certifications) are a plus
