Senior Change Manager | up to £95,000 base + package | London/Home-working

Come join one of the world leaders in Insurance Broking, where they're building and delivering a portfolio of IT Change & Transformation initiatives

You as the Senior Change Manager will work closely with the business to help manage complex IT & Technology change, bringing benefits realisation off the back of this.

You'll partner with the business to manage the change impacts in line with the Targeting Operating Model.

You'll network across the business, gathering success stories to build a communications plan to help deliver change honestly and effectively.

? One of the world's leading specialist Insurance and Risk Management providers

? Within a newly created Portfolio of IT Change programmes

? Ability to shape and build a high-performing data management function from scratch

? Bonus of up to 30% annually, 10% employer contribution pension, and private medical

? Ability to shape Change within an autonomous environment

?Experience managing complex Change projects and programmes

?Excellent relationship management skills and an ability to work with senior managers within a complex, fast-paced organisation

? It would be great if you had familiarity with the Lloyds Insurance market and Insurance terms
