This Senior Business Analyst position sits at the heart of the digital and technology change portfolio. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business challenges, shape new demand, and translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading business analysis activity across multiple digital and technology projects.
• Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and align expectations.
• Partnering with business leads and IT teams to prioritise initiatives and shape the change roadmap.
• Supporting business case development, defining benefits, success metrics, and dependencies.
• Collaborating with architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to strategic direction.
• Driving process improvement and identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.

You will bring:

• Significant experience in business analysis across digital, technology, and business change projects.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
• A strong understanding of project lifecycles and delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
