Enterprise Architect | 12 Months FTC | Predominantly Remote (North Yorkshire)

Are you an Enterprise Architect who enjoys shaping how a business operates end-to-end; not just designing systems, but improving how customers experience them?

We’re supporting a well-established technology organisation undergoing a major transformation programme. This is a key role focused on aligning business processes, applications, and customer journeys to drive meaningful change and efficiency.

The Role

You’ll play a central role in defining and evolving the enterprise architecture landscape, working closely with senior stakeholders across technology and the business.

Key areas of focus include:

• Shaping  customer journeys  and improving end-to-end experiences
• Defining  enterprise and application architecture  across key business domains
• Driving  process optimisation and operational efficiencies
• Supporting transformation initiatives with clear architectural direction
• Bridging the gap between  business strategy and technical delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an  Enterprise Architect  within complex environments
• Strong background in  business and process architecture, not just solutions
• Experience working on  transformation programmes
• Ability to influence stakeholders and “tell the story” of architecture
• Exposure to  telecoms, and ideally with knowledge of  billing or payments  environments

Contract Details

• Remote-first, with 2 days per month onsite in North Yorkshire. Travel and hotel expenses paid.
