As such they are looking for a Data Quality & Governance Manager to get a handle on the data, identify root cause issues, tackle DQ problems and set up a framework for data governance.
As D ata Quality & Governance Manager, you'll be at the heart of a high-energy, fast-paced environment, championing data governance, defining and implementing robust data quality rules and leading the charge on master data management. Working at the intersection of technology and business, you’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that our data is consistent, usable and fit for purpose.
Essential Skills:

- You are technical enough to understand root cause problems
- You have initiative to find what you need without relying on others
- You can work quickly to understand gaps in data processes
- Have previously defined and delivered a data governance framework
- have worked in modern data environments who are at low maturity from a data management perspective but have a good understanding of data
You’ll also take ownership of the data lineage, metadata, and data classification , ensuring that data is properly defined, understood, and protected. From shaping DQ measures and dimensions to steering governance and profiling initiatives, your impact will resonate across every level of the business.
Certifications like CDMP or DCAM are a strong advantage, but not essential. You'll have to deliver pragmatic, practical, and scalable data quality and governance solutions.
You’ll be part of a global, collaborative culture who really want to make this work but your help to do so.
