Consultant – Compliance | Arlington Virginia (Hybrid 2 days a week) | Permanent | £90,000-£110,000 + 20% Bonus + 401K (4%) + Medical

We're partnering with a boutique management consultancy that delivers high-impact solutions to leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a talented Consultant to join their Arlington, VA-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on across client projects while contributing to the internal development of new services and capabilities. You’ll be:

• Independently managing key workstreams and project deliverables
• Creating SOPs, process maps, and conducting detailed data and financial reconciliations
• Supporting internal initiatives to enhance firm infrastructure and offerings
• Working closely with senior consultants and clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting

• 2-5 years of consultancy experience
• Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A resourceful, proactive mindset with high standards for quality and professionalism

This role is based in Arlington, VA, with close access to the Rosslyn Metro. Some travel may be required. Candidates must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, the Washington, D.C. metro area.
