Business Anlayst - London Markets, Systems

We are looking for an experienced day-rate Contract Business Analyst to support a range of systems implementation and integration projects within a London Market insurance environment. Experience working on PAS, workbench or core platform projects would be highly advantageous.

Role focus includes:

• Supporting systems implementation and integration change

• Working across underwriting, operations, change and technology teams

• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical outcomes

• Contributing to delivery in a fast-moving programme environment

Key BA skills required:

• Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews

• Process mapping and workflow definition

• GAP analysis and impact assessment

• Writing documentation and user stories

• Supporting developers, testers and SMEs through delivery

Experience required:

• London Market insurance experience (carrier, syndicate or MGA)

• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding

• Strong communication and engagement skills

Contract details:

• Day rate contract

• Start date flexible but soon

• Initial duration discussed at screening stage
