We're hiring on behalf of a leading boutique cloud consultancy known for its  engineering-first culture  and  deep technical focus. With a strong track record of delivering complex data and AI solutions for enterprise clients—including household names in financial services and technology—they’re growing their AI and ML capability rapidly.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of  Generative AI  in a team where engineers truly lead the way.

The Role:

As an  AI Application Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in designing and deploying intelligent, production-ready systems that push the boundaries of Generative AI. You’ll contribute to solution architecture, model orchestration, and AI infrastructure design—partnering closely with stakeholders and engineers across multiple domains.

You’ll help answer questions like:

  • How can we build scalable RAG pipelines using the latest vector databases?
  • What’s the best orchestration pattern for this AI agent system?
  • How can we fine-tune this foundation model for real-world use?

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and operationalize  GenAI  applications for enterprise clients.
  • Design scalable AI pipelines using orchestration tools like  LangGraphCrewAI , or  Bedrock Agents .
  • Integrate with retrieval systems and build  RAG  architectures.
  • Evaluate and adapt LLMs using  prompt engineeringhuman-in-the-loop , or LLM judge strategies.
  • Deploy solutions using platforms like  Amazon Bedrock  or  Databricks Mosaic AI .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including data and cloud engineers.
  • Contribute to internal learning and best practices through knowledge sharing and documentation.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years’ experience  in AI/ML engineering or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of  Generative AI techniques , including LLMs and NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with  RAG architectures  and  vector databases  (e.g., Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector).
  • Familiarity with  AI orchestration tools  (LangGraph, CrewAI, smolagents, etc.).
  • Strong Python skills and experience working with  cloud-native tools  (AWS Lambda, S3, Databricks).
  • Experience with  MLOps  practices and integrating AI into real-world applications.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience fine-tuning foundation models.
  • Understanding of  containerization  and cloud security in AI workloads.
  • Experience training or adapting classical ML or diffusion models.
  • Experience writing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

Why Join?
  • Engineering-led company  — no red tape, no hierarchy, just smart people solving hard problems.
  • Hybrid culture  of freedom and support — work remotely, experiment freely, and make a measurable impact.
  • Strong client base  — major global clients, mostly enterprise-level, operating at petabyte scale.
  • Incredible learning environment  — engineers here stay curious, challenge assumptions, and grow quickly.
  • Above-market benefits :
  • Health, dental, vision
  • 401K with 4% match
  • Phantom stock (equity-like) with evergreen vesting
  • Optional bonus (especially for those involved in presales)
